Agreement

1.Definition of terms

1.1 onlineXchange  – the automatic exchange website, located at: www.onlinexchange.net
1.2 User – is physical or legal person registered in the System in accordance with the established procedures.
1.3 Services – e-money reception, sale, exchange, sale of prepaid cards,credit sales of VoIP and other such electronic services. All services have a look www.onlinexchange.net
1.4 WebMoney Transfer System – is an electronic system providing for the integral accounting and secure circulation of formalized messages between registered users who have received a user identifier (WMID). 1.5 Ukash - is delivered as a ready to spend PIN code, pay and play on the internet but either don’t have a bank account/credit card or fear they will be the victim of credit card fraud or identity theft. 1.7 LiqPAY – is a payment system that allows easily send money from Visa or MasterCard cards to virtual account in Liqpay system linked to a mobile phone (cell phone) number. 2. Introduction

2.1. This Agreement is a regulatory document which governs the relationship between the onlineXchange.net  and User. This Agreement supersedes any arrangements between the parties of the subject that have arisen earlier.
2.2. This agreement does not alter the laws of the countries the service has been registered in and the user is located.
2.3. onlineXchange.net  provides full guarantee of confidentiality of information about User’s operations. Confidential information can be provided only on demand of state agencies that have the appropriate authority, as well as representatives of the Payment systems if they provide appropriate documentary evidence of legal grounds.

3.Subject of the Agreement

3.1 Regulation of the Service functioning is available for public inspection and is an integral part of this Agreement, which regulates the Service functions.
3.2. onlineXchange.net  does not work with the third persons and onlineXchange.net  has the authorization to cancel the operation without notice .
3.3. To manage all possible risks onlineXchange.net  may require you to provide an additional information that will be used for verification of your identity, address, passport or other information.
3.4. onlineXchange.net  is not responsible for mistakes, omissions or delays of payments made by banks, serving onlineXchange.net  partners-participants, by a correspondent bank or e-payment system as well as it is not responsible for the consequences caused by their financial state.
3.5. Exchange transactions are usually instant but in some cases can take up to 24 hours.
3.6. If User violates points of this agreement, We has the right to stop the ongoing operation.
3.7. The Service has the exclusive right to cancel (interrupt) the ongoing financial transaction without explanation to User.

4.Taxation

4.1. User must make all tax contribution alone, guided by the tax legislation of the place of residence. Service is not responsible for the untimely payment of taxes by User.

5.Guarantee

5.1. All services provided by the onlineXchange.net are described in this agreement. onlineXchange.net does not provide an additional safeguards to User.
5.2. All the guarantees provided in this agreement apply to sums that User entrusted to the Service. Service is not liable for damages that User may incur in the event of impossibility of access to site resources of the Service.
5.3. onlineXchange.net gives guarnatee to the Ukash cards for 24 hours. Customers should use their cards in 24 hours. If the user code does not used in 24 hours, onlineXchange.net does not take any responsibility.
5.4. onlineXchange.net is not liable for lost profits by User, if the losses were caused by technical errors and failures encountered in carrying out payments.
5.5. The Service is not liable for lost profits and losses that arose as a result of User's mistake.

6.Form of the Agreement

6.1. User and the Service recognize that the electronic form of this contract is equivalent to the validity of the written contract.
